和真题精讲有什么不同？How is this different from the lessons?
真题精讲是老师逐题讲；模拟卷是孩子自己按考场时间做一套新题，检验讲过的方法能不能用在没见过的题上。The lessons teach real papers question by question. A mock is a paper the child has never seen, sat under exam timing, to check the methods carry over.
会员价怎么算？How does the member price work?
付费会员期间购买按 £135（先登录，结账时自动按会员价）；买到的套装长期保留，会员到期也不收回。模拟卷不包含在会员观看权里，需要单独购买。Buy while your paid membership is active, signed in, and checkout charges £135. The bundle is yours to keep, even after the membership ends. Mock papers are not part of the membership's viewing access; they are bought separately.
怎么拿到文件？可以退款吗？How do I get the files? Can I get a refund?
付款后在会员区下载 PDF，每份页脚印有购买人的邮箱，仅供自家备考使用。电子文件一经开通下载即不适用 14 天无理由退款；制作中的套数做好后自动出现在会员区。After payment the PDFs are in your library; each page footer carries the buyer's e-mail, for your own family's use.
