Refund policy
When you buy, you ask for access to start straight away, so the legal 14-day right to cancel ends once access begins (see our terms). On top of that, we offer these refunds voluntarily:
- Not watched: if you ask within 14 days of buying and have not opened any lesson from what you bought, we refund in full.
- Something wrong: if a lesson you bought will not play, or is faulty or not as described, tell us and we will fix it, replace it or refund you, as the law requires.
- Bought twice by mistake: we refund the duplicate.
To ask, write to [email protected] from the e-mail you bought with. Refunds go back through Stripe to the card, Alipay or WeChat Pay account you paid with, usually within 5–10 working days. When a purchase is refunded, its lessons leave your library.
退款政策
购买时你要求立即开通，因此法定的 14 天取消权在开通后结束（见服务条款）。在此之外，我们自愿提供以下退款：
- 未观看：购买后 14 天内提出，且所购内容中的任何一讲都还没有打开过，全额退款。
- 内容有问题：所购课程无法播放、有缺陷或与描述不符，告诉我们，我们会依法修复、替换或退款。
- 误买重复：重复的那一笔全额退还。
申请方式：用购买时的邮箱写信到 [email protected]。退款经 Stripe 原路退回你付款用的银行卡、支付宝或微信支付，一般 5–10 个工作日到账。退款后，相应课程会从会员区移除。
